MADE. FOR THE BETTER OF PROJECTS.
Our current flagship project in Auckland is the master-planned community of Auranga, in Karaka-Drury. The Auranga township covers 160 hectares with the potential to triple in size, delivering 3,000 homes, with future growth to over 12,000 homes. Auranga – meaning ‘an inspired breath of life’ - has been designed to celebrate the connection to the outdoors that Kiwis love, and to foster community by encouraging walking and cycling throughout the area. MADE’s next large town development is Rotokauri, located north of Hamilton (45 minutes south of Auckland), and will deliver approximately 2,000 homes.
Masterplan Community – Rotokauri North — $.53Bn+
A new residential master-planned community at 133 HA with approximately 1620 homes. Programme in planning.
Masterplan Community — Auranga — $1.2Bn+
Auranga is an exciting new master-planned community of approximately 3500 homes (currently zoned). Civic amenities include a village centre, village square, retirement village, pre-school, primary school, secondary school, sports park & the creation of an arts, retail and employment focused town centre.
An extensive waterway connected to the Manukau Heads envelopes the community and gives Auranga its distinctive character. Alongside natural eco-islands re-creation with the local iwi, a 5km coastal walkway, several recreational parks (including a purpose-built dog park), floating pontoon & jetty and many other recreational amenities, Auranga strives to be a place where nature plays a key part of allowing its residents to find belonging.
MADE is committed to a long-term holistic approach to community building and is leading the way, in conjunction with local, national and international partners, to seed the foundations of a better community.
